We need parables, of the petulant kind – a short story of 3,000 to 6,000 words. We are an established publishing house seeking submissions for our annual print anthology, An Honest Lie. This year’s theme is “Petulant Parables.” Yes, a parable, a moral lesson short story. It can be a traditionally written parable, or a modern version, but it must include petulance.
